Urban Decay Naked Palette (Fake)

I have not much to say about this palette. First of all, you probably had surveyed and read some of the reviews about how to identify the fake Urban Decay Naked Palette. 

Here, I have no intention to talk about that issue. When I decided to buy this palette online with an extremely cheap price, I already prepared to get a fake one. Although this palette had some minor defects but overall I do satisfied with the quality that I paid. The color payoff is superior. The texture is smooth, creamy, and non- chalky~ Are all the color exactly the same as real palette? Well, they all are ALMOST the same if you swatches them side to side. 

Talking about the chemical contains in the palette. Frankly, don't you agree that ALL skincare & cosmetics do contains some sort of CARCINOGENS?   

SILKYGIRL Hi- Definition Gel Eyeliner Pen

  I bought this set during sale. Actually it was RM 13.88 but I got it for only RM 10.88. It's a Value Set included a mini Gentle Eye & Lip Makeup Remover (25ml). The original price for Hi- Definition Eyeliner is actually RM 19.90.The eyeliner is retractable, that's means you do not need to sharpen it. Second is that the color payoff is extremely good. I'm surprise that it is as good as Urban Decay Glide- On Eyeliner in Perversion! 

   The company claims that it is smooth & creamy textured. Well, I do agree it is~ but not as smooth & creamy as Urban Decay Glide- On Eyeliner! The company also claims that it is a waterproof eyeliner. Truely speaking, I don't get the idea of so called "WATERPROOF" but I still have poor staining power on my waterlines. What I really concern is that will it smudge under my eyes?

 

Dupe for Urban Decay Glide- On Eyeliner in Perversion? This picture was taken just after completed of my whole face makeup. Not even 30 minutes, notice that the waterlines' eyeliner has came off.

Believe it or not, on the left is actually Urban Decay Eyeliner in Perversion & the right is SILKYGIRL Hi- Definition Gel Eyeliner in intense black. Both of them look exactly the same! Both of the eyeliners also do not last long on my waterlines. They both also do smudge a little under my eyes too..

DIY Makeup Palette (No Magnet, No CD Technique)

Have you ever feel frustrated how to store makeup and at the same time not to neglect them inside the drawer/ cupboard? Well, I'm a freelance/ part time makeup artist. I bought a lots of makeup! The combination makeup set is the most convenient for me to bring out  to do makeup. But sadly, I also got a lots of single pots, duo or even travel size makeup which lay inside the drawer. To buy something like Z Palette is way too expensive and I think it is not worth it at all. So, I'm trying to figure it out how to organize my makeup which I often neglected. 

After I'd went through Youtube to see how actually people DIY their own palette, I finally had an idea how to make it differently. So, this is what I'd came out with! The Volume Hair Base (Princess Bump)

 

Price: I forgotten... (sorry~) Anyway, now you can get this very cheap. Maybe below RM5~

These are first version volume hair base. The tiny plastic bristles allow to grip on any kinds of hair to create a basic "Princess Bump" (translate from Mandarin, hehe..)

Pictures above shows I used the hair base to create faux volumed crown of the head.

Organia Organic Cosmetics- Olive Water Drop Essence Hand Cream

 My friends went to Korea last month and bought my a gift! Thank you!!! This is the first time I try something watery kind of hand cream~ Obviously the smell is exactly light olive.. which I like~ I've been using it past a week now. I don't notice anything crazy moisturizing happen to my skin because I don't really have problem with dry skin. But what I can definitely tell that it is not oily or greasy. If I apply too much, I feel a very little stickiness.

The Etude House came out with the fun, yummy cupcakes a-like nail polish! When I first saw it, I'm feeling so happy because of the colourful combination of bling bling..I'm really enjoying this nail polish a lots!

Urban Decay Ocho Loco 24/7 Glide- On Eye Pencil Set

 As you all probably know by now, this set is limited edition. Some of the shades are also limited edition. I think the most attracted my attention is they are cheap in the set! One full size cost is US$19 while these buddies are US$59! You know how to count, right~





Other reasons such as:

- glide on so~ smooth! almost like a liquify texture

Maybelline Eyestudio Color Tattoo (Tough As Taupe)

I won't use this product alone as I feel that the color is too dull for my skin color. It makes me looks so tired but I enjoying using it as an eyeshadow base. I have to say the stain power is better than so called "eyeshadow primer" in the market. Products that I used before were Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, Inouvi Eyeshadow Base, L'oreal Eyeshadow Base, L.A. Splash Eye Sealer/ Base, L.A. Girl HD Eyeshadow Pro Primer etc. The eyeshadow on my eyelids last forever with a little creasing until I take off the makeup.

 Truely speaking, I think this product is really good. Unfortunately, I had problem with all kinds of cream eyeshadow. My eyelids get pimples!!! I guess probably because my eyelids are so oily throughout the day. I really don't know how to utilize this product anymore. Such a waste~

Best False Eyelashes Glue

 These are the false eyelashes glues that I'd tried. The Eyelash Fix is the worst. The glue comes out clear & it does not stick well with the plastic thick eyelashes. Price: RM 9.50.

 

The I- Envy glue from Kiss claims that it last 16 hours but I find that if the person has watery eyes, the glue don't stick well. In fact, causing more stickiness along the lashlines. It is very annoying to remove it when it is wet. But if you don't have watery eyes, the glue stay put & the removal process will be more easier. Just gentle rub, the glue will clump together! This is expensive & I paid RM 23.90 for 7gram of product!

DUO adhesive is very famous in YouTube. I had a chance to get hands- on in Malaysia. I won't say it is the best because I still encounter problem not sticking well my eyelashes all day long. I paid RM12.90 for 14gram of product.

So far, this product do really impressed me. The false eyelashes stay put all day long and it is insanely strong hold~ Whenever I want to remove the false eyelashes after applied this product, it is so so so difficult. If I use this product, I can guarantee the false eyelashes will not come off till you decide want to remove it with makeup remover. Highly recommended!! Price: RM19.90 for 15ml of product. The down side is only the tube had so much of product. It actually dries up more quick before you can finish it~

This is so far my FAVOURITE faux eyelashes glue! Yes, it is from Daiso, the RM5 shop~ 

Few reasons are: 1) Cheap

                            2) Small enough for me to travel around

                            3) Accessible in any Daiso's shop. The previous winner, Voce Moda Eye Cream is 

                                not available in few Sasa shop

                            4) Because eyelash glue tends to dry up in time, being small is perfect! So I can 

                                finish up the small bottle or I can discard it if dried up without wasting too much

This is my current favourite eyelash glue! I bought it at Magic Boo for RM10~ It a decent glue for faux eyelashes and double eyelids too... You can get access for this product, give it a try~ Good Luck!

Revlon Brow Fantasy Pencil & Gel

I've been enjoying this product a lots~ The color in light brown really suit me. The eyebrow gel is nice too and it has a coconut butter kind of smell. The gel is looks like a mascara with some tiny fibers which helps to extend eyebrows with a hint of color. 

The main issues I faced with this product are:

- I only can find it at International Airport

- It is expensive! Price: S$ 11.20

- The pencil is so short~ I used up very fast!

Elianto Cosmetics

 Lip Glosses

They don't have name. I find that their glosses are all in very citrus fruity scents. For the price of RM 10-15, they are consider good products although they are not highly pigmented. Both longer tubes are in Nourishing Fruit Juice range and the shorter tube is in Glamour Lip Shine range.They don't dry out my lips.

 Their eyeshadows are not bad too. Good colour payoff as you can see swatches below. Their eyeshadow range can be as cheap as RM8 and I think not more than RM12 each. The different between cheaper one is they don't glide on easily. As you can see, they don't have much fall out during application.

 This is a blusher. Yeah~ It's in Glitter range. The colour is in natural (01). I love love love this blusher. Don't get me wrong, I love to blend this colour on my inner cheeks with another blush colour. This is great transitional blush colour. If you want to wear this alone, it might looks odd because it's too pale.

 

L'oreal De- Crease Eyeshadow Base (for all skin tones)

The company claims that:

It prevent creasing or fading, and it extend wear up to 8 hours.

On my eyelids, by second hours I start to notice mild creasing. After 3 hours, the creasing become noticeable. Otherwise, the eyeshadow colours did not fade away till after 8 hours.

Can be used with powder, cream or gloss shadows.

Yeah, but if I plan to wear super vibrant color eyeshadow, I still prefer to top with a white cream product. For neutral everyday makeup, I would use this alone.

Overall, I like the smoothest and creamy textures on my eyelids at the beginning. After a while, it dry up and set. If to compare with Inouvi Eyeshadow Primer, I like this better.

L'oreal Infallible 16 hours Corrector (Light/ Medium 680)

I've tried this product for a week now. The texture is quite dry for me. On my under eyes, it looks thick. I had only 1 fine line under my each eye. The product make the fine lines more visible. 

The company claims that it is a 16 hours lasting corrector and I would say it last long hours but it cakes~ Haih...






I bought this from Drugstore.com at US$ 10.79 (not including shipping). Quite disappointing..

I have no idea, this product suddenly become more creamier than before and not become one of my favourites concealer.

On 26/6/2014, I recorded this video and the concealer still not working well. It is stiff and hard to apply. No coverage or product glide on my skin~


If I'm not wrong, it maybe due to the heat. Yes, I remember one day I brought this product to my makeup school. On the way to the school, the product was exposed to extreme heat (the weather in Malaysia that moment was about 33 degree celsius). So conclusion is that the heat melted the product a bit.. haha~ good, cause now I find myself using the product more rather than waiting to be discarded.
