Maybelline Eyestudio Color Tattoo (Tough As Taupe)

I won't use this product alone as I feel that the color is too dull for my skin color. It makes me looks so tired but I enjoying using it as an eyeshadow base. I have to say the stain power is better than so called "eyeshadow primer" in the market. Products that I used before were Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, Inouvi Eyeshadow Base, L'oreal Eyeshadow Base, L.A. Splash Eye Sealer/ Base, L.A. Girl HD Eyeshadow Pro Primer etc. The eyeshadow on my eyelids last forever with a little creasing until I take off the makeup.

 Truely speaking, I think this product is really good. Unfortunately, I had problem with all kinds of cream eyeshadow. My eyelids get pimples!!! I guess probably because my eyelids are so oily throughout the day. I really don't know how to utilize this product anymore. Such a waste~

Best False Eyelashes Glue

 These are the false eyelashes glues that I'd tried. The Eyelash Fix is the worst. The glue comes out clear & it does not stick well with the plastic thick eyelashes. Price: RM 9.50.

 

The I- Envy glue from Kiss claims that it last 16 hours but I find that if the person has watery eyes, the glue don't stick well. In fact, causing more stickiness along the lashlines. It is very annoying to remove it when it is wet. But if you don't have watery eyes, the glue stay put & the removal process will be more easier. Just gentle rub, the glue will clump together! This is expensive & I paid RM 23.90 for 7gram of product!

DUO adhesive is very famous in YouTube. I had a chance to get hands- on in Malaysia. I won't say it is the best because I still encounter problem not sticking well my eyelashes all day long. I paid RM12.90 for 14gram of product.

So far, this product do really impressed me. The false eyelashes stay put all day long and it is insanely strong hold~ Whenever I want to remove the false eyelashes after applied this product, it is so so so difficult. If I use this product, I can guarantee the false eyelashes will not come off till you decide want to remove it with makeup remover. Highly recommended!! Price: RM19.90 for 15ml of product. The down side is only the tube had so much of product. It actually dries up more quick before you can finish it~

This is so far my FAVOURITE faux eyelashes glue! Yes, it is from Daiso, the RM5 shop~ 

Few reasons are: 1) Cheap

                            2) Small enough for me to travel around

                            3) Accessible in any Daiso's shop. The previous winner, Voce Moda Eye Cream is 

                                not available in few Sasa shop

                            4) Because eyelash glue tends to dry up in time, being small is perfect! So I can 

                                finish up the small bottle or I can discard it if dried up without wasting too much

This is my current favourite eyelash glue! I bought it at Magic Boo for RM10~ It a decent glue for faux eyelashes and double eyelids too... You can get access for this product, give it a try~ Good Luck!

Revlon Brow Fantasy Pencil & Gel

I've been enjoying this product a lots~ The color in light brown really suit me. The eyebrow gel is nice too and it has a coconut butter kind of smell. The gel is looks like a mascara with some tiny fibers which helps to extend eyebrows with a hint of color. 

The main issues I faced with this product are:

- I only can find it at International Airport

- It is expensive! Price: S$ 11.20

- The pencil is so short~ I used up very fast!

Elianto Cosmetics

 Lip Glosses

They don't have name. I find that their glosses are all in very citrus fruity scents. For the price of RM 10-15, they are consider good products although they are not highly pigmented. Both longer tubes are in Nourishing Fruit Juice range and the shorter tube is in Glamour Lip Shine range.They don't dry out my lips.

 Their eyeshadows are not bad too. Good colour payoff as you can see swatches below. Their eyeshadow range can be as cheap as RM8 and I think not more than RM12 each. The different between cheaper one is they don't glide on easily. As you can see, they don't have much fall out during application.

 This is a blusher. Yeah~ It's in Glitter range. The colour is in natural (01). I love love love this blusher. Don't get me wrong, I love to blend this colour on my inner cheeks with another blush colour. This is great transitional blush colour. If you want to wear this alone, it might looks odd because it's too pale.

 

L'oreal De- Crease Eyeshadow Base (for all skin tones)

The company claims that:

It prevent creasing or fading, and it extend wear up to 8 hours.

On my eyelids, by second hours I start to notice mild creasing. After 3 hours, the creasing become noticeable. Otherwise, the eyeshadow colours did not fade away till after 8 hours.

Can be used with powder, cream or gloss shadows.

Yeah, but if I plan to wear super vibrant color eyeshadow, I still prefer to top with a white cream product. For neutral everyday makeup, I would use this alone.

Overall, I like the smoothest and creamy textures on my eyelids at the beginning. After a while, it dry up and set. If to compare with Inouvi Eyeshadow Primer, I like this better.

L'oreal Infallible 16 hours Corrector (Light/ Medium 680)

I've tried this product for a week now. The texture is quite dry for me. On my under eyes, it looks thick. I had only 1 fine line under my each eye. The product make the fine lines more visible. 

The company claims that it is a 16 hours lasting corrector and I would say it last long hours but it cakes~ Haih...






I bought this from Drugstore.com at US$ 10.79 (not including shipping). Quite disappointing..

I have no idea, this product suddenly become more creamier than before and not become one of my favourites concealer.

On 26/6/2014, I recorded this video and the concealer still not working well. It is stiff and hard to apply. No coverage or product glide on my skin~


If I'm not wrong, it maybe due to the heat. Yes, I remember one day I brought this product to my makeup school. On the way to the school, the product was exposed to extreme heat (the weather in Malaysia that moment was about 33 degree celsius). So conclusion is that the heat melted the product a bit.. haha~ good, cause now I find myself using the product more rather than waiting to be discarded.

Makeup Brush Organizer

 I've been searching for a perfect makeup brush organizer quite some times. I even went google, ebay, makeup wholesalers etc.. I found quite a bit but my problem is they are expensive! If to buy it online worst still because I need to pay for shipping to Malaysia~ That's the down part.. :( 

Until last week, I found this at Daiso! It's only RM 5!! The perfect height and holes to fit my brushes all together!! I'm so happy with this.Suppose this is a kitchen stuff but I use it for my brushes~

Maybelline Eyestudio 24H Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner (01) Black

I bought this around March 2011. It comes with a glass jar with metal cover and a synthetic brush. 

Be honest, when I start off in makeup, I don't like the concept of gel liner. I still remember that my housemate she bought Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner (well known as best gel liner at that moment) and I tried it on myself. The outcome is it was flaky, uneven and for me it is just a big disappointment.. From that moment, I'm not giving myself any chance to hands- on. 

Until one fine day, I went to my friend's house and got to know her sister. She ask me to teach her how to makeup using her current cosmetics that she own. So, I just explain to her and demonstrated on her using her cosmetics. She was using this Maybelline Gel Eyeliner.. And when I did her makeup, I did tested the texture on my hand and I'm amazed that the product is very creamy in texture and when it dries, it won't rubbed off! 

So then I bought this! Although I love this product but the down site is it dries up gradually when expose to air for a period of time. I think most of the gel liner having a same problem. Recently, I found that the product is really dry even I try to dig deep inside. To revive to product, I used a lots of method which demonstrated by You Tubers but still failed (Normal Saline, Eye drops, etc.) 

 I even tried to use Too faced Eyeliner Transformer and Gaftobian Mixing Medium but nothing seem to help. Then I tried this particular product from Make Up For Ever Eye Seal and it works! I'm very happy with the outcome and most importantly I don't waste any money~

My Must Have Skin Care Essential!

I have extreme oily skin especially I'm living in Malaysia.My face become oily very fast.I have acne problems all years round. My pores are visibly noticeable even I've layered skin primer and full coverage foundation..

It's really difficult for me to find product that can minimize my pores and yet do not clog my pores~ I used many types of pore minimizer product and it is just not helping at all. I can't see any smaller pores and it caused me broke out worst!

Until......... I found this~ It is very expensive. RM295 at Lancome Counter but I know that you can get this cheaper at least 30% at International Airport! This is my second purchase. The first one I got it at Singapore International Airport and the second from Sasa Hong Kong with RM 215!!! Wahaha... One bottle can last me 4 months (twice a day)

The company claims that it is advanced skin corrector which helps in reduce incidence of wrinkles, minimize pores and uneven skin. Erm... I actually don't have visible wrinkles yet, so I don't know whether it helps or not. About the pores and evenness.... I would say it helps a little. I see slight improvement but no drastic changes.

The beautician says that actually my face is too oily and not suitable to use this product but so far I'm happy with the outcome. After I've started to use this, my face is still very oily but not as bad as previously, incidence of developing acne is lesser, makeup goes smoothly, and my face looks healthy glow.

This cost me RM12.80. Contains of 30 SMALL sheets. Compare with other wipes I've tried, this is more soapy, gentle, easy smooth in removing make- up.. even my water- proof mascara from L'oreal can be easily removes! Generally, I use 3 wipes to remove entire face make- up.

 

 Just to show you all that so far these were the make- up remover wipes that I'd used before. They are no way better than The Body Shop Herb Day Lip & Eye Make- up Remover wipes~
