The BEST Daiso's Faux Eyelashes! Get it NOW while still in stock!!

They are the BEST Daiso's Faux Eyelashes ever produced! I strongly recommend you guys to purchase these. Only RM5! Actually there are 4 designs available. However, I did not purchase the another one. In my opinion, that design is similar to W101. They are comparative to expensive (or even better) faux eyelashes available in the market.

My Current Face Cleansing Routine

I wear makeup daily. To make sure my skin is not affected by breakouts, I need extra effort to clean my entire face. However, I do feel lazy at times to have so many steps in cleansing routine. This product is from Shu Uemura. It is a cleansing oil formula which lessen my hard work in the process of removal makeup daily.

I use this particular 'yellow' formula as I have very oily skin. I use this as the first step of my cleansing routine. The recommendation is to have 3 full pumps to massage the entire face without any water contact. Then apply some water and continue to massage as it turns to milk cleanser. Repeat the steps till it is clear.

Of course this is not the end of cleansing routine. I suggest to double cleanse your skin with another foam cleanser. Why I use this? Because it removes almost everything! I mean the entire face makeup. E.g. waterproof mascara, eyeshadows, waterproof eyeliner and long-stay foundation!

Here comes my second cleanser from Aqualabel (Shiseido). This is the more affordable version which available at Drugstores. To make sure the sediments of cleansing oil being remove properly, I also use the tool below. Yes, I use the scrubber daily, usually at night routine as I do double cleansing to remove makeup. The scrubber is available at Sasa Shop.

This product really change my skin texture. After using this, I can tell that my face has been significantly improved. Without this tool, even I use both products above, I will still suffer from clog pores...

This main 3 products I have been using for quite sometimes. I tried to change my cleansing routine few times to see that whether I can live without these products. The answer is I CAN'T~ Whenever I changed my routine, terrible acne attack me and it took a long long long period to recover. Once I use back these 3 combination, my face texture improve again. For my age now, I shouldn't take challenges and experiment with new product anymore.

SKIN CARE ALERT: Shu Uemura Tsuya Skin (Youth Infusing Eye Concentrate)

My skin type background: I have very oily skin. At times, my nose and around my mouth tends to be a little dry. I'm more to combination skin types.

The intention for this blog post is the alert you guys that this product caused allergic reaction to me. I rarely allergic to something no matter drugs, foods, environmental factors or even cosmetics or skin care products. However, I have a bad experience with this product.

Yesterday, I went to get a tester of this product as they are doing promotion. Last night, I followed to instruction given by the sale girl how to apply this product. They also provide a pamphlet to guide you through. Immediate after application, I can already feel the slight itchiness. Well, I thought it must be promoting blood circulation..

Never thought that the itchiness become more intense throughout the night. When I felt asleep, I can feel my whole face was itchy. It actually extended to the neck. Well, I thought again it maybe because of mosquito bites! I can't stand the itchiness at 4 am and decided to get up and have a look.

I notice that my both eyes are swollen... Haih~ at this moment, I know that it must be to do with this eye cream. So, I immediately go and took a tablet of Zyrtec (Anti-Histamine) and then continue back to sleep. By the hope that tomorrow morning it will subside. Unfortunately, it didn't get better. I ended up to get a medical leave and had an IV Hydrocortisone 100mg injection, IV Piriton 5mg, T. Prednisolone 15mg and CMC Eye Drops.

My advise to all: Please get free sample of expensive skin care products and try it out before you decide to buy it. I'm lucky because I try out the sample first, if not I'm going to waste few hundreds in this product. Secondly, if you really want to try out this product, apply it to other parts of your body first, e.g. neck. See whether you are sensitive to this product or not. Like I say before, I rarely allergic to anything but this cause a bad reaction to me. I guess the ingredients of this product are really chemically strong.

This is my eyes before and after... Hehe. The picture took at 7am. I applied this product at about 12MN.
Not kidding huh~ Worst experience ever...

MAC Mineralize Eyeshadow in Semi-Precious Collection (Smoked Ruby) Transformed to Nail Polish

MAC Mineralize Eyeshadow in Semi-Precious Collection (Smoked Ruby)

The original idea is from YouTuber, Dropdeadgorgeous. I was thinking how to use this product before this because mineralize eyeshadow has poor pigmentation when applying it in dry. Particular this shade, it has black under tone which means when blending it in dry, the red tone will be disappear leaving black patches. Because we Asian rarely use red eyeshadow, this shade has been in my makeup drawer for quite sometimes.

Well, I knew the technique of transforming mineralize eyeshadow for quite sometimes too but I don't want to do it earlier. It is because that if I wanted to do it, it must be in a bottle form. In that way, I do not need to mix it again for the next use~

Last 2 days, it suddenly come into my mind that why not I use the left over DIY lipgloss tube as a container?! Initially I was worrying whether will the brush tip dry up, eventually it did not! Here, I'm going to attach the video to show you guys how I transform the mineralize eyeshadow to nail polish!

YSL Makeup Palette (Travel Collection)

This palette I found it at Penang International Airport while I was going to Langkawi for a short holiday trip. It is very eye catching in the sense of unique "HANDPHONE" size which intially I thought it is an I-Phone cover! It comes with 2 versions. Another version is more colorful and fun to play with. I chose this palette because as serve as a travel palette, I think this palette is more versatile. It is more natural and universal.
PRICE: RM118

They smell really good~ I don't know how to describe the smell but it is really feminine kind of smell and settle. I like this palette more than the Christian Dior Travel Palette in general. The CD one I had depotted it as they don't work well together with same finishes. I don't find myself reach for that CD palette a lot.

This palette although color payoff is not superior, but they aren't bad also. The most I like about this palette are the lipcolors. They glide on pigmented and smooth~ Even I have chapped lips. They are also superior in moisture and glossy look! That I'm very impressed because normally the combination palette comes with lowest quality of lip product.

Left: One Layer     Right: Few Layers

The eyeshadows are not pigmented in one swatch. The picture above I did swatches without any base by using fingers. However, if you apply few layers, they look okay.

The colors' name are not specific. So, I don't really know what's their names.

Left: Blusher           Right: Lip Colors
I adore both blusher and lip colors. The blushers is so naturally pop-up my cheeks and the lip colors are so opaque. The plus marks are they also long lasting pigmented, glossy and moisturized

Etude House- Henna Fix Proof 10 Mascara: Super Fix

I guess there are 2 version of this product. One is non- fibre for volumizing and with fibre for lengthening.
I bought with fibre one... because I had short lashes... My first impression is:
1. It is very wet mascara. I always get some of the product on my face. Too much product stick on the wand!
2. It's waterproof of me.. Minimal smudges throughout the day
3. It adds volume as well as length to my lashes but not dramatically enhanced

Conclusion: I don't hate it or love it so much. It is worth to try out though as I bought it during the sale.
Will I purchase this again? Well, if it is still on sale, the answer is YES! But with the original price >RM50, the answer is NO!!

Revlon- 24 hours Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup Foundation

Price: RM 69 at Watson's

I believe the hype is worth for this product. As long as the coverage and lasting power, it works well as the original liquid colorstay foundation. What I found is my face would prefers this more than the liquid one. This is because of the liquid one is too dry when it set (even though I have very oily skin) . The whipped one goes on my face so easily. (I use the ELF studio flat top brush). The color match my skin perfectly (250, Medium Beige). However, I also find that if I continuously use this product daily for about a week, it cause itchiness due to clog pores. Well, I still use this but not daily. I will still recommend this to others since this product don't cause major problems to my skin.

Etude House- Eye's Cream in Mint Cooling (SPF 30 PA++)

Price: RM 42.90

I must say, I'm disappointed with this product. At first I bought this because I was looking for an eye cream with SPF. I have developed few hyper pigmentations near the eye zone. I feel so frustrated because ordinary sunblock will not be suitable to eye areas. Initially I was quite happy with this product as it gives a little of cooling sensation to eye area. It's been a while I've used this until half of the stick, I found some oil seeds developed around the eyes. After I stopped this product, the oil seeds also went off. Too bad... I'm not sure is this cause by hygienic issue or what.

Maybelline's Eye Studio Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner

Hi, today I'm going to review the Maybelline's Eye Studio Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner. The orange colour is as named "Tangerine Orange' and the minty colour is named as 'Turquoise Blue'.

There are 4 colours released in this line but I only bought 2. This is because the dark green seem to be ordinary to me. There is a glossy black also but I'm not fancy with glossy black. I bought these from Watson's with the price of RM16 each. For me, they are really eye catching. The colours are so unique and the pigmentation is awesome. I find that the minty colour is less pigmented compared with the orange. However, applying few coats will give the nice outcome too! What I really love about these products is there a super super super smudge-proof! They last forever on my eyes. There are not water-proof. However, they don't easily come off even I have tried using water to rub them off. Conclusion, I will recommend it for anyone who likes spring colours like this!

ELF Studio- Powder Brush

I'm lucky enough to get hands- on this product in Malaysia. I got it from ELF website for US$ 3 (not included shipping). If include shipping cost for this product probably I would estimate as RM 32 per brush.

It this worth the price I paid for RM 32? Emm.. I will say yes. WHY? Because in Malaysia you can't find similar brush like this. It reminds me STAGE cosmetics makeup brush which they own but more expensive.

This brush in another name, you can call it as synthetic flat top brush. It has medium density which I find is good for blending out liquid foundation. Sometimes too dense is not good. The shape of the brush is not perfectly rounded like it should be. I found some of the bristles are not equally glued on the brush. Few of the bristles shed off during my first washing and during my first application to my face. After 2 - 3 times usage, I don't find any bristle came off. The bristles are soft like other synthetic brush would be (not the incredible soft type). It is not scratchy at all.

The Balm- NUDE' tude Palette (Fake)

This is a fake NUDE' tude palette. I find that the colors and quality produced are similar to the original. Of course, the original is better.

Price: Fake cost 8 times cheaper!
Pigmentation: Similiar color payoff. The original had slightly better in adhering power
Texture: The original is more smooth and creamier. Both do not flaky
Packaging: Original had better. The fake one got some minor defects
Brush which come along: The fake one is totally out of shape!

If to buy both fake Naked Palette from Urban Decay or NUDE' tude from The Balm?
I would say go for the Fake NUDE' tude.
